This device consisting of yellow glowing tubes is located at the building Rheinstrasse / corner Hardtstrasse. The device is out of operation. On the left side of the letter “P” is a sticker of the manufacturer: NEON-Martin Lichtwerbung, Karlsruhe.
The Privatärztliche Verrechnungsstelle moved into the building in 1973/74. The illuminated advertising probably also dates from this time.
