Margonwasser (Schandauer Strasse 3)
“Trink Margonwasser” – this device from GDR times was restored and is still in operation today. Unfortunately, I could only photograph it during the day; it can be seen switched on in this photo from 2011. (May 2021)
An almost identical device with several switching phases, which was also restored, can be found in Dresden. In Leipzig, too, there was such a Margonwasser sign on a gable wall.
